Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–5 business days after payment confirmation.
Orders are fulfilled directly by our trusted suppliers and shipped from domestic or international warehouses, depending on product availability.

Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays.

Delivery times vary depending on product availability, destination, and carrier.

Express Shipping (if available): 5–12 business days

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination and selected shipping method.

Any applicable customs duties, import taxes, or local fees are the responsibility of the customer.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or WhatsApp.

Tracking information may take 2–5 business days to update.

Split Shipments

Orders containing multiple items may be shipped separately and arrive at different times.

Delays & Delivery Issues

We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs authorities, or incorrect shipping information provided at checkout.

If your order has not arrived within 45 business days, please contact our support team for assistance.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure all shipping details are correct at checkout.
Additional shipping fees may apply if an order must be resent due to an incorrect address.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

We accept return requests within 7 days of the delivery date.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition

  • The item must be returned in its original packaging

  • Proof of purchase is required

Items that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable:

  • Items purchased on sale or with promotional discounts

  • Gift cards

  • Items damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or normal wear and tear

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped.

To request an exchange, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include:

  • Order number

  • Clear photos or videos showing the issue

Once approved, we will arrange a replacement at no additional cost.

Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable

If an item is returned without prior approval, it may not be accepted.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

  • Processing time may take 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund:

  1. Check your bank account again

  2. Contact your credit card company or payment provider

  3. Contact your bank

If you’ve done all of the above and still have not received your refund, please contact us.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photo or video evidence so we can resolve the issue promptly.
